🎲 MoneyMove — Privacy Policy

MoneyMove is a multiplayer property-trading board game. We built it to be played, not to harvest data. This page explains exactly what the game stores and why.

What we store

• A random device identity. When you first open the game, your device generates a random token. It is not your name, email, or phone number. Your seat at a table, your friend code, your coins and your purchases are all keyed to this token.
• Your chosen nickname and country flag, so other players can see who they are playing with.
• Game data. Rooms, moves, results and the table chat needed to run a live match. Finished-game summaries (map, winner, turn count) are kept for statistics.
• Friends and direct messages. Friend connections, friend requests, and the messages you exchange with friends, so both of you can read the thread.
• Optional sign-in. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we store Apple's anonymous user identifier. We also keep a token Apple issues, solely so we can revoke MoneyMove's access to your Apple ID when you sign out or delete your account; it is deleted once it has been revoked. If you choose Google, we store Google's user identifier, your email address and your profile photo, which are shown only to you on your own profile card. We never store or display your real name. Signing in is never required to play.
• Coin purchases. Coin packs are charged entirely by the App Store. We receive and keep the transaction identifier from Apple's signed receipt, the pack and the amount, which is what stops the same purchase being credited twice. We never see card, bank or billing details.
• Notifications. If you allow notifications, your device's push token, so we can tell you when it is your turn or your tournament match is ready.
• Reports and blocks. If you report a player or block one, we keep the report (who, the reason, and the message you reported) and your block list, so we can act on abuse and keep blocked players away from you.

Advertising

The iOS app includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Ads are only ever shown when you choose to watch one for a reward, or occasionally before a game starts, and we may switch them off entirely from our side. We request non-personalised ads only: your activity is not used to target ads and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Google may still process your device's identifiers and how you interact with an ad, to deliver it, measure it and prevent fraud — see how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

What stays on your device only

• Your match history list, table-style choice, and sound preference.

What we do NOT do

• No selling or renting of your data, and no personalised advertising.
• No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
• No payment details on our side — in the iOS app coin packs are charged by the App Store, and on the website card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive card details. Coins only ever buy cosmetics and boards.
• No collection of contacts, precise location, photos, or microphone.

Community rules

There is zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats or spam in chat, messages or names. Long-press any message in the app to report or block the person who wrote it. We review every report and remove players who abuse others.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings → Account & help → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, nickname, coins, purchases, friends, friend requests, messages and notification token, and your name comes off any tournament you entered. A few things are kept: purchase records with your identity removed, because they are financial records of a sale; any ban record (friend code, name and reason); and reports other players made about you, with your name removed. You can also email us with your friend code and we will delete it for you.

Children

MoneyMove does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only free text the game stores is nicknames, table chat for the life of a game, messages between friends, and the text of messages that were reported.
